How AccessLens processes the minimum Confluence data needed to identify, prioritise and track accessibility and governance findings.
Scope and roles
AccessLens processes Confluence data on behalf of the Atlassian customer that installs the app. The customer controls which spaces are included and who may administer the app. TechnofyStore acts as service provider and, where applicable, processor for this customer-directed activity.
Data processed
The app processes page and space identifiers, titles, versions, timestamps, owner account identifiers where available, accessibility-relevant document structure, finding fingerprints, limited evidence values, remediation guidance, scan configuration, temporary-exemption reasons and expiry dates, and audit events.
Confluence page bodies are retrieved for analysis in memory and are not retained by AccessLens. The app does not intentionally store full page bodies, attachments, credentials, payment data, advertising identifiers, or third-party analytics identifiers.
Purposes
- Inventory selected Confluence content and analyse defined accessibility and governance checks.
- Generate stable finding fingerprints and remediation recommendations.
- Track finding status, justified temporary exemptions and scan execution history.
- Provide authorised administrators with dashboards and CSV or JSON exports.
Hosting and disclosure
Application compute and storage use Atlassian Forge and Forge SQL, isolated by app installation. The current release declares no remote backend, external storage, advertising, session replay, or analytics egress. Data is not sold or disclosed to third parties by AccessLens.
Retention and deletion
Findings, configuration and audit metadata are retained only for the operational purpose described above and may be removed by an authorised administrator through uninstall or applicable data-management workflows. Atlassian's Forge hosted-storage lifecycle governs deletion after uninstall.
Security and requests
AccessLens uses least-privilege scopes, prepared SQL statements, installation isolation, read-only Confluence access, and no external egress. For privacy, access, correction, export, restriction or deletion requests, contact the TechnofyStore support portal. Include the site URL and installation context; never send credentials or full page content.
