Provider-specific terms
Product-specific conditions that supplement the applicable Atlassian Marketplace end-user agreement for AccessLens.
Agreement structure
These terms supplement the standard agreement displayed by Atlassian Marketplace for the relevant AccessLens version. The Marketplace order and standard agreement govern pricing, subscriptions, taxes and other matters they expressly cover.
Service scope
AccessLens is a read-only operational accessibility and content-governance aid for Confluence Cloud. It detects configured patterns, assigns a prioritisation score and presents remediation evidence. It is not a WCAG, EN 301 549, legal, security, editorial or compliance certification service, and it does not modify customer content.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for selecting appropriate spaces, maintaining Confluence permissions, reviewing findings in their context, validating remediation, deciding whether to grant a temporary exemption, and complying with the accessibility and content requirements applicable to them. A finding or score must not be used as the sole basis for a compliance or publication decision.
Availability and dependencies
The service depends on Atlassian Cloud and Forge. Features may evolve with reasonable notice. Customer configuration, Confluence availability, customer permissions and source-content changes may affect scan coverage and timing.
Fees and licences
Fees, trials, renewals, taxes, refunds and licensed quantities follow the applicable Atlassian Marketplace order and listing. An inactive licence may limit administrative functionality in accordance with the Marketplace and product behaviour.
Acceptable use and support
Customers must not place secrets, payment data or unnecessary sensitive personal information in exemption reasons, configuration or support requests. For product, privacy or security support, use the support policy. Data handling is described in the privacy policy.
